EOS CCA SCAM COLLECTION COMPANY Norwell Massachusetts

 My 83 year old grandmother recieved a letter in the mail from EOS CCA stating that she owed 390.26 on behalf of AT&T. I called AT&T to find out that there was no balance and the account was not sold to anyone. I called the number listed on the letter at both the toll free at 877-667-6048 and 781-753-4720 to get a pre-recording of "welcome to avaya services please enter the voicemail box of the person you are trying to reach". So I entered a bunch of random numbers trying to get a hold of someone.. naturally they all were not valid numbers. I entered 0 and was told there was no operator on duty. So I researched them. NO contact numbers on their 'web site'.. just a paragraph stating to call the number on your letter. After more looking around I found numerous phone numbers for them all with different area codes. I cant tell you how many web sites came up when I googled "EOS CCA SCAM". Please for the love of God nobody send these scam artists any money for an account you probablyt owe on.
