Epenzio Bring it Home Pacific Web Works fraudulent ripoff business practice that does not deliver Salt Lake City Utah

My husband and I attended a seminar in Wichita KS that was put on by Bring-It-Home. They described and showed us how to start an ebusiness or how to increase sales of your physical business by using the internet.

The speaker, Robb Mulford was very convincing. He said all the right things. He is quite the salesman. They had a very nice website in their presentation, it looked very professional. For a mear $99.00 how could you go wrong?

In addition to the website sales presentation there was also a sales presentation from ePenzio. In a nutshell, how can you make money on the internet without the ability to accept credit cards. Made since to me and alot of other people.

With the purchase of the website and the merchant account we would given at no additional charge an upgrade package. This would enable us to run reports on visitors to our site, track our customers, send automatic emails, etc etc etc.

Almost everyone in attendance that night bought websites and merchant accounts. Everyone that made a purchase that night was invited to return 2 nights later for a training session.

The speaker for the training session, Rich Putman was even more convincing than Robb. The training lasted about 30 minutes, the remainder of the night was another sales pitch. Unfortunately I fell for it.

The website software does not work very well and it is impossible using this software to make a professional looking website. The "upgrade" features do not work as presented and customer service is non-existent.

After having the above mentioned problems, we receive 2 telephone calls. We are being asked to invest another $6000-$8000 in ourselves to have a one-on-one mentor. When we list out complaints we are told that it is our fault that our website and business is not working out.

We too have had to close our bank account to stop the automatic withdrawals and file an unauthorized ach transfer affidavit. We were lucky in that the bank reversed all of the overdraft charges that were generated by the withdrawals on a closed bank account.

We had a consultation with our attorney this morning. He read all of the contracts that I had signed. Because the contracts state that litigation must take place in Utah, he as given us suggestions as how to proceed on our own without paying him to travel to Utah.

Our #1 priority is to contact anyone that attended the seminar in Wichita KS November 28 & 30, 2001 at the Airport Hilton. Our attorney says it is very important that any and all that attended this seminar and are having a simular experience to band together.
