I was sold books that were supposed to be advanced educational books to support and enable the learning and development of everyone, from preschool learning to higher education. We spent thousands of dollars for this reason.

When we received these books they turned out to be nothing more than picture books for the kids and a huge stack of encyclopedias that we could have borrowed for free from the base library. These people bold faced lied to us and completely ripped us off and put us under contract making it impossible to give these worthless books back.

Rip off report is suppose to be facts not what you think..

Information that is used on Rip Off report should be facts and not information you dont know.
I can back up my information. I dont know where the sales Rep part come from but thats something false you have posted. You are falsely informing innocent citizens with information you cant not back up.
Yes the program was a bit pricey but I got use of it and if the sales rep never came to my door I would never had the program. With them coming to my door helped me have this stuff. But anything you finance is not the best price. Matter of fact the price was not that bad if you look all the prices up. First you said that you paid THOUSANDS of dollars than said that people pay 2400 percent more for the books. Because i mentioned how much I paid so you was using my information. So what is it? But I guess you did over pay if you only got picture books and encyclepedias. But if you didnt get everything all you had to do is call Epic. My program I received benifited my whole famiy. The question for you is of you knew the books there for you to borrow my did you sign the contract? I am sure that you just did not find out that you can borrow them. Alot of people dont want to borrow books like that they enjoy them at home in their library. So people reading this please know what the facts are before you judge any one.. There is always people that is not satified in something. So just ask questions if you have any because i had all mine answered.
If you read the first post of this report this person was not telling everything. He had to use my report to try to back his words.
Thanks :)

Obvious sales rep.

Thank you for your insightful and obviously scripted professional opinion of Epic International Inc.

My post was simply to inform innocent citizens of what they could truely expect from Epic International Inc. based on my experience with this company. I was shown charts and posters from the sales rep of awesome learning and educational books and resources that "would benefit the whole family, from elementary school to college age levels." I bought into the company for this reason, only to recieve tons of books that were absolutely 100% free to me down at the library on base, and were better use to me as a step stool than a learning tool. These books are loaded encyclopedias that you will pay 2400% more than what they are worth for.

I want to inform civilians, and the mainly targeted military members, of what exactly they would be receiving when they pay this outrageous amount for these free books. I am glad that you, sales represenative, had such a good experience with this company and these books, but the vast majority of non epic international inc. sales employees will be ripped off by this company. Beware of the "Free Gift" they are nothing more than coupons that are impossible to spend on the worthless junk that they actually pay for.

I bought some of the same items from Epic and I really dont understand when you said you spend THOUSANDS of dollars. It was a 2400. Also, the sales person showed me with posters on what I was getting. So I knew what to expect. When you mentioned that it was just picture books And encyclopedias that is not true. Upfront they told me that I would be getting encyclopedias which was a very nice set and as i knew up front that I could borrow them on base for free but i enjoyed knowing I have a set for my library. When you placed this rip off report you only post half of the story and not really explaining why it is a rip off. I knew how much I was spending.

Before you post bad things about someone please make sure you state the truth because their are people that would enjoy the program like I do but they look on here and see false information.
