I purchased cosmetic products when a friend bought me facial for a birthday present. Rep, Sagi Ratzabi, insisted I purchase eye serum pen and he quoted me $599 for it. I ended up buying other products. Notified him of my sensitive skin and he said if anything happens in 10 days to bring it back, money back guaranteed. Notice on the receipt it states only exchange while at the store. I inquired about it, he reassured that "this product is hypo allergenic any reaction money back guaranteed within 10 days." During the facial, he applied the products which I ended up buying. But after 2 hours of the facial my skin started burning.

I called prior that same day and told the rep that my skin was burning.  Before I left I asked him if I should wash my face.  He told me no at the store.  However, on the phone he said that everyone knows to wash your face after a facial.  Then his suggestion was to try the facial product for 10 days and if symptoms presist to come back.  However, I did not want to take the chance.

When I went back to return the product within the 10 days he asked me for a letter from Dermatologists to get a refund.  I refused to put on a beauty product that already gave me an allergic reaction.  I told him I refuse to go to a specialist just so I can return the beauty products.  He told me he has to contact customer representative or I have to contact them myself.  I have never heard of such a concept in any beauty store to call customer representative to get a refund.

He also sold me products that had defective packaging, which could not be seen from the outside. It cost me $250 and he would not provide me his boss' name or store owner’s name when asked.  He also said he would charge me $200 and only refund $50 back since I got a facial.  The facial only lasted for 15 minutes and the rest of the time he used the time to sell me products.

He also didn’t provide a customer service number; only email, which he claimed he would contact for me if I left him my contact number.  I told him to send the email or call while I was at the store.  He claimed he was the regional manager; however, when I asked him to copy me on the email he sends to customer service, he didn’t know how.  He finally asked another colleague for help only after I insisted.  He left the store to talk to someone on the phone for ½ hour.  Finally he contacted customer service via email and he cc'ed me on it.  Email only had content "Ohad will contact you".  I do not know if the customer service representative email address is actually legitimate.  For all I know Ohad can be him.

He is not trust worthy.  He is a bad representative of the store.
