We are currently suing them for commisions on a deal in New York.
They told us to change a fee on the Closing Statement (we have the email instructing us) then turned around and said we commited fraud by following there instructions.
We have now filed complaint in three states that we know they are breaking the laws of the Banking Commision (Fl,NY,NC). Our next step is to file complaints in the other states once we speak with the banking commisions.
This company is going to realize not to f**k with their net branches!!
