Epoxy Tech Floor Coating Systems™ LLC of Michigan Paid for product, order yet to be shipped, company has gone dark and will not respond to phone/email Clinton Township Internet

I have ordered and paid in full for two full kits of epoxy floor coating from Epoxy Tech. I have ordered it directly from their website which stated that the order would be processed within 2-3 days and deleivery would be about 4-5 by ground. After waiting a week and having not received the product I had attempted to email and call every day for a week (several times a day) and only on the rare occasion did anyone answer from the three line extensions ( I would call each of them consecutively in hopes of getting someone to answer). Each time I called, I was told that the order has been processed and has not shipped but to call back in a hour or two to get shipping information/tracking number. Every time I called back as specified, no one would answer. At this point it would appear as though they have closed up shop completely as all of the extensions go to voicemail immediately and each mail box is full and cannot receive any new messages and not a single email has been responded to. 

If they have indeed gone out of business, there was no indication made on their website, but they were happy to accept my payment of $543.99 and not provide me with any information which shows there intent to ship me the products I have paid for. Probably the single worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with, which is a shame since their website and eBay/Amazon pages make claims they have the best ratings and customer service. I was really excited about this product and couldn't wait to get it applied, but the experience thus far has been absolutely terrible. The worst part is having no idea as to what is happening or going on with my order, completely in the dark. On top of it, the lack of information and delay in shipping has caused huge problems in our projected timeline. This delau and lack of information has caused a residential hoime remodel to come to a grinding halt because the floor is not completed yet. I could deal with a delay if I only know what is going on and whether or not I have been scammed out of my money, because that is what it is starting to look like.

The product itsself looks incredible and I really hope that Epoxy Tech can step up and make this right, and all that would take is to let me know what is going on and where my order currently stands. Or better yet, deliver the product I have paid for, since it looks like a really good product. Every day this drags on makes me question the integrity of Epoxy tech as a company and specifically the honesty of those in charge of running it. I am feeling like I have been ripped off, i paid money for a product and i have not received any indication I will receive it and i have definietly not received any customer support....so far this has been a miserable experience.
