I was burned too by e-pro auction deceptive billing practices. I order in Feb cancelled in March. Credit Card had d-o-u-b-l-e postings for charges. Sent faxes with statement info and got credit for 1 month, but same month was charged again. I contacted via fax and email steady for several months, but they claim I had cancelled and they had not made charges. Finally, called CC company and changed account number to stop charges. I am still calling the 800-530-3813 for refund but number seems to be out of service now. I didn't receive the CD/book until after initial 14 day FREE trail was up so by time I cancelled I owed at least 1 month. Now they have collected ~$300 ($49.95/mo + initial double billing). I'm gonna keep trying, but if anyone has a different contact number, please please let me know it.

(Your real name would help when using the ROR) Try calling +1.360-449-5933, if that does not work call up Rackspace (their ISP host)+1.210 447-4000 and DOTSTER (Netidentity)1-866-690-8166 and tell them that their customer ripped you off and if you have to go to the next level to get satisfaction you will include Rackspace and DOTSTER (Netidentity) in any criminal, legal or civil court case. Be firm and you might pull it off and get help in tracking down the crooks.
