Epro Auction ripoff, fraudulent billing, and leaked my credit card info to an affiliate company. Surplus Alert.com Orem Utah

I signed up for the free trial at e-proauction .com. I never recieved it in the mail, a call to customer service said that they will reship it. It never came.

Within 2 months, The charged $163.35, for membership fees and news letter fees and fees that they were'nt able to explain.

After 4 hours on the phone and speaking to 11 different representative, because every time I tried to speak to a supervisor, the call would get cut off,and I would have to call back. It got me nowhere. They could not tell me with whom they shipped the trial package with, or give me the tracking number, because the call woulg get "cut off" again.

After 4 hours, I spoke to a supervisor who willingly issued a refund in the amount $5.25, a far cry from my innitial $163.35, and he told me to have a nice day and hung up. I have documented every call and have the time and name of every person I spoke with.

Then to make matters worse, I saw a charge from a company called surplusalert.com,for $29.95. A call to that company, I spoke to a supervisor who said that when I signed up for eproauction, I also automatically became a member of surplus, who by the way, got my credit card info from epro.

A refund was issued but it still leaves the fact that my creditcard info was given with out my consent.
