EQUICREDIT CORP, FAIRBANKS CAPITAL RIP-OFF ONE INDIVIDUAL COMPANY RECEIVING OTHER NOT RECEIVING MY MONTHLY PAYMENT NOW ONE COMPANY SAYING THAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT YOUR PAYMENT AT THIS TIME JACKSONVILLE FLORIDA

Once upon a time I Pechase a morgage loan from statewide,they sold out to Equicridit corp.start off was good but after (4)years are more comunications was a down hill thing, I tryed to contact them concerning my Job Change i could no Longer continue sending my payment on the same date,when i talk with them, they Demanded a sertin amout of money which i did'not have to change another payment date without being late,
So i file capter 13 which i did'not want to do.

Six mouths or so later Equicredit corp. turn over to FairBanks capital They forward a letter of the change, They noted to me that if you have filed bankruptcy or have been Discharge in BankRuptcy This statement does not represent and is not intended to be a demand for payment.

Now i gotten in contact with the a Repersentive in the BankRuptcy dept.he advised me of my new mouthly payments he also Reminded me All payments are up to date.

But eight payyments later i could not contact my repersenitive from FairBanks of Phoenix,Az; always a voice mail to leave acct.#

I only wanted to ask about the morgage state whitch i had not been Receiveing, This statement is where i mail a payment and was return.????????????????WHAY?? WHAY? WHEN I'AM UP TO DATE IN PAYMENTS.
