Equifax Ripoff refuses to respond to disputes directly Atlanta Georgia

My Problem is that Equifax gave two different credit reports one to Sallie Mae stating no credit on file the other to a IT school that states my house went into foreclosure which I checked the records and this never occurred. Than I go into a Auto Dealership with a different credit report from the two above this one stated I had my Automobile reposessed when In fact I pay 30 days early. I showed the Auto Dealer the incorrect information. The dealer asked me did you dispute this information I told him yes I did in fact I sent Equifax a Cretified Return Receipt only to have them refuse delivery. I have asked the Fedeal Trade Commission and the Office of Currency Comptroller to look into this only to be given the runaround. The Federal Trade commission did make a helpful suggestion to find the local credit bureau. Does Anybody know where the Local Credit Bureau is located in Tacoma, Washington so that I can file Lawsuit papers and bring these ("Hood Robins) to justice

By the way my wife had a score of 562 when she is a immigrant and has paid all bills including interests for the past 4 years I would like to file a discrimination lawsuit against Equifax
