Equinox redux is Trek Alliance the Rip-off Fraud continues, different name same ripoff game *Fraud Chick ..Bravo! I couldn't have said it better myself

I just discovered that Equinox has reared its ugly head in the form of Trek Alliance. These self same people that caused so much stress in my life and with my family when I was brainwashed by the promises of Equinox are now the head of Trek Alliance. I'm past the disgust and loathing mode for these people. As Grinch would say it, "Double loooooaaaathe!"

You see--I'm a college graduate and have worked extremely hard to get where I'm now because of 90% hearing loss in both ears thanks to a defective measles vaccine that I got when I was 2. I pride myself being well informed about the world around me and working as a medical technologist, I had to be on the ball via attending medical workshops and talking with medical equipment company reps.

I was sucked in by a "good" friend of mine--notice the quotation marks--she still believes I could made a go of it if I wasn't hearing impaired. Oooo--new tactic blame it on my hearing loss.

From the get-go: I was pressured and bullied by the Equinox uplinks who are now with Trek Alliance-Mark Accetta, Stacey Osinti, and Armando Avecedo and they PROMISED me that they will help me sell the products BUT I had to plunk $5,000 to show my commitment so I did (still bugs me even NOW) and the minute I did that, they did this song and dance of "You're an independent rep and you're responsible for interpretors and etc." even though they were the ones setting up the meetings and etc. These verbal promises now mean NOTHING--promise to pay for interpretors, TTY phone lines, and etc. I even was screamed at by Stacey when I tried to save front row seats for my deaf friends at a meeting (it was always packed--go figure)and that is when I finally snapped and stormed out of the office.

I had to talk with a lawyer from Disability Law center about them violating ADA law in refusing to pay for these needed items and get a refund on the products that I bought. At first, they refused with a chant of "You're independent rep" until my lawyer got a phone call from their lawyer saying that they will refund my $$ minus 10% fee and for me to sign a agreement that I will not sue in the future.

Well--I refused to sign that paper and demanded that they get rid of the 10% fee--few more squabbling, they refunded the $$ after I sent the products back which was only $2,000 since I managed to sell a few and I did not sign the agreement and bingo--I get this letter about this class action. They're sure sneaky as flea infested rats.

I'm starting to discover that deaf and other disabled people are very vunerable to their pitch of "we're a family and family helps each other to succeed." They ommitted this critical element--"We're the black sheep in the family". I've talked with other deaf people who are in the same situations that I was in and feel for them. All they wanted was to improve their lives and have some $$$ saved--hearing aids, cochlear implants, asisstive devices and etc can be a huge drain on the finances and I consider myself fortunate that I won the battle with my insurance in getting them to pay for cochlear implant.

A big BOO for all of the MLMs and I hope that after this life, they get punished for their greed and like in the greek mythology, never get to quench their thirst since they're chained to a wall so they can't reach this sparkling water foundation in front of them.
