Equinox deceptive, charging my card under four different names Dallas Texas

A pop up got my attention one day as I was going through my email.  "Equinox" amazing skin care for only $4.95.  You had to click the "agree to terms and conditions" to proceed which I did but failed to actually click the icon to READ the terms and conditions.  That was on me.  I learned a valuable lesson!

My problem is that when I realized I had signed up for auto delivery I called the numbers on my credit card statement.  (There was absolutely NO paperwork in the shipment boxes).  I had ordered (for a remarkably low price) an additional skin product.  The names on my card at first were 'Equinox" and Sheridanjuicybluffdaleut.  Then as I checked my statement online there is "Instant Facelift", Skinbeauties and Healthyskin!  

I did get a refund on the products (my auto ship) but had to pay a 'restocking fee'  plus the cost of mailing these unused products back.  When I got the original 'shipment' at the remarkably low prices one was EQUINOX and the other products were labeled RVTL'.

It is such a cluster and since I did agree to the terms I cannot file a duspute on my credit card.

i will end up paying a good deal of money and taking this as a 'life lesson' but I want others to be aware of this company that from every angle appears disreputable.  They bank on people like me and know that they will make money even when 'refunding'.  

I am unimpresseed with the products as well!

So far this mistake has cost me over two hundred dollars.
