I ordered this product, Equinox Day and Night Serum, on May 27, 2013. I also ordered a product from RVTL for a "free trail". I was leaving the country to help my son in Costa Rica on May 31, 2013 for 10 days. I realized that I would not have time for the free trail. On May 31, 2013 I wrote an email to each company to cancel both orders. I successfully cancelled the RVTL but not the Equinox order. As I was leaving, I did not focus on the fact that I only received the confirmed cancellation with a confirm number for the RVTL product. Somehow, they lost/did not confirm my cancellation for the Equinox. They will not even look at my email that I sent to cancel this order as I have no cancellation number. Then, on June 10, 2013 they charged me $99.00 for this product as they claim it was a "free trial" for 14 days and after that, they charge you for the product if not cancelled. I thought I had cancelled. No one at customer service would help me. They said it was too late. Really????

They sent me another shipment of Serum on June 27, 2013 and charged my credit card $105.95. I called and sent back the unopened product. They credited my credit card only $69.00 as a refund, claiming restocking fee and discount. I called and they would not give me back any more of my money. So, I'm also out $36.95 for that shipment. What a rip off! Everyone be warned!
