My air conditioner that I purchased in 2003 from equitable quit working compressor went my warranty ran out 4 months ago they came to service and charged me 150.00 dollars to tell me I need a new unit and that the one placed was to small wanting to charge me 4850.00 to replace how ridiculous they placed a small unit and 2 years after that they put in a hard start kit which they knew my compressor was not running at full a capacity I had anconstructor factor come out free of charge to tell me they place a to small of a unit that's why my compressor event I have been ripped off

This person is writing false statements about the AC installation. If your AC is undersized you would have never had decent cooling in the home. The fact that there was never one complaint of system not working is important. When a individual does not have the AC tuned up every year problems arise. This complaint is unwarranted.
