ROUTE TRANSPORTATION & LOGISTICS PROVIDED LTL TRANSPORTATION SERVICE FOR EQUITECH ON MARCH 15, 2012. WE PICKED UP ONE PALLET FROM SHELBYVILLE, TN AND DELIVERED TO QUEEN VALLEY, AZ ON MARCH 22, 2012. THE SHIPMENT WAS DELIVERED ON TIME AND IN GOOD CONDITION. THERE WAS A CLEAN BOL WITH NO REPORTED SHORTAGES OR DAMAGES.
EQUITECH LLC WAS INVOICED ON TIME FOR THE AGREED AMOUNT OF $450, WHICH INCLUDED FUEL.
WE HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO COLLECT SINCE THE ORIGINAL INVOICE DATE OF MARCH 30, 2012 AND THEY REFUSE TO PAY THIS BILL. THEY HAVE PROMISED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS THAT THE INVOICE WOULD BE PAID, BUT IT'S JUST BEEN A STALL TACTIC TO DELAY PAYING US THIS FINAL INVOICE.
