The leasing office will lose your check to hit residents with late fees! Please beware of how Equity apartments (country Oaks apartments) is running their leasing office. I was lied to multiple times about my rent check. They will lose the check to charge late fees, which will generate larger revenues, which gives the manager Michelle larger year end bonuses. Please be aware!

I have been with Equity for 6 years and have never had a problem with my rent. To solve your continued late fee problem, maybe you should pay it online. It's free and posted to your checking account in a day or two.
