You had a business relationship with Dish Network.

ERC works for Dish, not you.

File your receipts in a complaint with the FCC against Dish Network on line.

The FCC files the complaint at Dish Networks Corporate Headquarters.

They only have 30 days to reply to the FCC.

Problem solved...
