Nearly everything claimed is a far stretch of the truth.
To be a scam artist many things have to happen.. .

1. You have to take something that isn't yours
2. There has to be deception
3. Real information isn't used. 

My name is Eric and I am here in front standing ready.   I have never denied that payment is owed to my previous worker.   I informed him of a cash flow issue as soon as i received his invoice which was dated May 14th.   That was on a Monday.. it has YET to be 2 weeks and his claim is three.   I am not avoiding the issue.. the "contact" that Mr Thoeny is referring to is skype.  I have received a total of 2 messages from him this week (week of May 21st) --- 1 being at 1145 at night.   I have never been called or emailed other then the original invoice. 

Frank failed to mention that I have constantly told him that I owed him payment...
Frank failed to mention that all other previous invoices were paid nearly immediatley...
Frank is claiming that I am avoiding contact.. yet here i am facing him and standing up.  On an interesting side note.. the email that I just received from him he said

"Their is more to come, it's not much but I will do my best to help you promote your business. I'm signing up with 10 more scam review websites to help people know about you.Don't reply to this email since i will block it."

His attention to detail lacks... "I will do my best to help you promote your business" 
And.. if im avoiding responding him.. then why is he blocking my emails?  How does that resolve any issue?

With regards to Franks work... it was average.  He was however insubordinate and called a client behind my back and created an issue.  And as already mentioned, his attention to detail was lacking as I told him many times to handle certain issues with some coding that now as I go back into the code i see the mistakes. (the grammer and sentence structure in his compliant pretty much shows his effort level)

All of that --  and i still plan on paying him.  I've never once refused payment.   I come through with my word and responsibilities... Im just disappointed that it didn't go both ways.  As far as Frank goes, thank you for bringing it to this level because you are making my legal case for me.  Yes I documented everything including the foul language skypes and emails.
