Below in bold is what I paid for, I sent my assembled cylinder away and recieved another one in return. What I recieved was cracked and only partially welded. It says the package deal includes powervalve service, mine was taken out, modified, but put back in dirty.

I had to take it back apart to clean it because it didn't move due to the carbon build up. When doing this I found that a $1.80 seal was reused, it was dried up and didn't even fit tightly any more.

It may not seem like a big deal to some people but this was very time sensitive, I needed the parts to get this together to give as a gift. I had to use it, the crack leaks, the seal leaks.

This guy changes his story every time I talk to him, he will not even let me buy my old cylinder back. It was in far better condition than the one he sent me.

Seal should be a tight fit in the cylinder, but it just falls out of it's bore.

POWERVALVE SERVICE
Powervalves are built into the cylinder around the exhaust port. Theyre supposed to make the exhaust port bigger when you twist the throttle open. Powervalves are complicated mechanisms prone to failure. We offer a service to clean, inspect, and adjust the powervalves. This service comes standard with all porting and big bore packages.
