I am so relieved to see that I'm not the only one who was scammed by this duo (the woman who takes the order & Eric). And it's good to see that there is a forum to report them!

I answered an add from a Penny Saver magazine/paper in Anne Arundel County, MD. That was two years ago, March 2004. My husband grilled the woman who answered the phone about how the program worked and we were guarenteed work, for $299 billed to my Discover Card.

A month later my package arrived, I did the joke of the computer tutorial, and found out that my software wouldn't work until I had an authorization code. Upon questioning Eric, I was told that I would do on-line practice work with someone from the Physician Zone (via phone) once I had doctors to work for. Then began the batches of letters I sent out to doctors, saying I'd completed my training and am ready for work. I sent out maybe 30 letters (5 or so batches) all through spring and summer. A handful of letters were returned: addressee had moved. Eric finally said he would find doctors for me personally.

I called him every two to three weeks for an update. No work. Then someone was leaving a doctor so possibly I could take her place. No, that doctor didn't want someone so inexperienced. That happened a couple of times. On and on.

When I found out I was moving, Sept 05, I called Eric to say I was disappointed with the lack of work and I needed a refund. He said that he would have to talk to those at Physician Zone (as he was just a third party contact between them and me) and they would review the case and email me. Of course nothing ever happened. I've called Eric about 5 times since then and he hasn't returned my calls.

I am so grateful that Alicia (another complaint filer here) has an address posted. I have considered having my lawyer draft him a letter asking for my money back, but I had no address. I've asked Eric on several occassions for an address to which to return my un-used software so I could get a refund. Of course an addressed was never given.
