Be very careful when you are looking for a realtor to represent you. Buying a home is huge expense that can change your life and the lives of your family but not always for the better. Sometimes it can be the ruination of everything. Find someone you can trust with your money.
Use extreme caution if you are doing business with Erik Stennes. Outwardly, he appears to be a great guy, but will leave you with nothing and keep everything for himself.

My husband and I met Erik Stennes some years ago. We contracted with our builder through Erik to build a new home for us. At the time, we lived out of state and most of our communications were over the phone. We visited Florida several times throughout the build and, whether by phone or in person, Erik always made himself available and he helped us through each step of the process with competence and integrity. He is hard working and goes the extra mile for his clients--that's exactly what he did for us. We highly recommend Erik Stennes for your next sale or purchase.
