Sales representative, Erik Volpert, moves from company to company as a great, outgoing salesman. Salesman befriends coworkers to gain any information about the company and their practices in order to use the information to threaten the company with the IRS, labor board, EEOC, etc.

Mr. Volpert leads an alternative lifestyle, so if you attempt to terminate him he will claim that it's due to his lifestyle choice.

Mr. Volpert has a history of suing his past employers. (ex. Rick Case Honda - State of Ohio, Chase Financial Services - State of Arizona)
