I had the same problem as in report #307217 (http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/307/RipOff0307217.htm). A mysterious monthly charge appeared on my local phone bill for voice mail service, at $12.95/month.

Here's the new info: I called the number for ESBI on my phone bill (800-460-0078), and they cancelled all charges retroactively. They explained that my son (age 8) had been drawn by a web banner ad to http://usprizedraw.com/, where he had "signed up" for the service.

Clearly their hope is that people won't notice the charge on their bills. To my knowledge, they sent no information about the service to welcome me as a customer or explain how to use it.
