ESBI Unauthorized charges on my 83 year old Mother's AT&T phone bill. Internet

On 8/8/09, when I saw aextra charge on my mother's AT&T phone bill, I immediately callet the ESBI 1-888-288-3724 number...I told them that I don't not anything about them and that I wanted them to remove the charge from her bill...and that she never authorized them to do this...they said yes she did, over the internet...I told them that she is 82, and she does not have access to the internet....they finally told me that someone with email address of got2leftfeet@yahoo.com had put this on her phone bill.....I told them that recently there was another unauthorized charge on her bill, and that AT&T had said it would not happen again, and if it did that I should report to them immediately. I told ESBI that I would reprot to AT&T about them, "Sandy" (at ESBI) said the I didn't need to do that....and of course I told her I would anyway....she then said that the charges are now removed from Mom's bill, and will not happen again....I have tried to contact AT&T but they are closed for the weekend....I will contact them on Monday.
