Escalation Health Thin Sport 30 day free trial is false. ad said no more charges and only pay postage of $5.95 wilmington, Delaware

I purchased the 30 day free trial. i did not intend to buy more then one months worth. the ad said i would not be charged for any more and that the only cost was the shipping of $5.95.  The charge of 5.95 was taken from my account on 2/25/13 and a international conversion fee of .06 was charged that day too..only a few weeks later, on march 14, 2013, i was charged $89.41 and another international conversion fee of .89. i did not authorize these charges. i made a report at my bank and they tell me it will takes at least two weeks to get the money back if at all!!! in the mean time i have extra fees being added on as i did not keep any funds in that account!! Totally fraudulent and they lied in the ad.
