Dear Board of Directors:

We moved into the property of Mr. Tim Joerin, on or about September 2005, and have been his Tenants since then. At the time, we never realized that living in a planned community such as this one would be similar to living in a Concentration Camp run by n**i Militants! Our first indication should have been the fact that when we would wave and smile at other residents, our neighbors, as such, that 99% of the neighbors would only scowl and never wave back. I guess that is what happens to people when they are completely under the regime of the Escondido Country Club Terrace HOA. They must feel like prisoners in their own home. Even Mr. Joerin hinted at the fact that he moved away because of the unreasonable rules and regulations. He said, They thought we were the Bad Neighbors.

Since living here, we have received a number of Notice of Pending Fine letters from your so-called, Community Management. Not only are these all false allegations, they are preposterous, due to the fact that they are UNTRUE. In the first few weeks of living here, we received parking fines because our Son was visiting from college, and would park in the Guest Parking. Isn't that the definition of guest? To keep the peace with our Landlord, we paid the first few of these ostensible fines, which were nominal. Now, we are CERTAIN that these false charges are nothing but a ruse for full-fledged DISCRIMINATION and a fraudulent money-maker for the association!

Just like the Jews in the holocaust, we FEEL PERSECUTED in our own homes! We know that this little group of small-minded people has nothing better to do than to spy on their neighbors. It is purported that at no time was there any attempt to clean up any dog feces; when, in fact, DAILY WE PICK UP THE ANIMAL FECES OF OTHER RESIDENTS' PETS as well as our own pets' feces! Check the attached photographs of the different specimens of feces which do NOT belong to our pets. There have even been two times when our professed neighbors (who act as spies), allege that our dogs were in the Common Area, while we were overseas; when in fact, they were being kenneled in the home of Mr. Brian Prible, who lives in San Marcos! If you believe differently, PROVE IT BY PRODUCING NON-RETOUCHED PHOTOGRAPHS WHICH ARE TIME/DATE STAMPED of the allegations!

At this point in time, Mark Hayden, who has been the Head Golf Professional at Escondido Country Club adjacent to the Country Club Terrace Estates for nearly two years, (and the reason that we moved to this location in the first place), has assured his members and clientele that we live in an unusual area and can't wait to get out! Theresa Hayden, who is a college professor, and a Business Manager in San Diego, has not only complained to friends, family and colleagues, about the n**i Militant Concentration Camp in which she lives; she has posted a web page to Rip Off Report.com outlining how she has lost her freedom and her sense of well-being due to this irrational and unprovoked self-styled Home Owners Association.

As you all should know, The Marketing Rule states that When a customer is happy, he or she tells three people; however, when a customer is unhappy, he or she tells AT LEAST FOURTEEN! Well, all those people we've told, and continue to tell, about your Concentration Camp have been appalled by the lies and discrimination that the ostensible Community Management have committed. These people serve as a Human Message Tree permuting out to San Diego and its areas. You do the math.

That's a lot of potential customers; but apparently this community doesn't care about that. Just like Hitler, the Fanatical Dictator, this community chooses to annihilate its people.

In closing, we are moving out of this area in a few weeks, due to the unlawful discrimination and libelous slander that we have endured in the past year and a half. Should this matter continue, we will sue the entire Homeowners Association, and The Board of Directors, including any private citizens that participated in this criminal Witch Hunt.
