In 2010 esellerate tried it and they are trying it again. They set up recurring charges on your PayPal account. If you know you haven't made any recurring charges one wouldn't think to look up the recurring charge page hidden in the back rooms of PayPal. They must do that for a reason otherwise all charges would be listed on the cover page listing recurring charges.
