eSoftware Doctor INC esoftwaredoctor Deceptive virtual company Internet

     eSoftware Doctor offered a Norton Anti-virus download which failed.  Their online digital refund policy states if you don't activate the product within 14 days you can get a refund by pressing the "return button" from the order view status page.  There is no such button. 

     You cannot contact them except through their website which they do not respond.  Their address is a virtual address out of London.  There is no phone number. 

     This is a great lesson learned never do business with a company that cannot be checked out first.  If I checked out eSoftware Doctor I would see they have no phone number, they have no business information and they use a virtual office.  When we have nothing to hide......we hide nothing.  Don't do business with them they are a rip-off.
