Espresso Italia Marketing ripoff lied about quality of machine bogus locations appointments will not back warranty Will not return call Service done after they recieve your money Boyton Beach Florida

Purchased 20 Commercial grade Espresso machines with 15000 servings of espresso for $30,000.00 to include 3 location appointments per machine. Through high pressured sales people was talked into putting half on a home equity loan and half on a credit card. Was told I would make that money back within a few month because of there placement dept. which is not the case now I spen every dat trying to figure out how to pay for this debt.

After finally recieving the equipment in various shipments I realized that these were not commercial machines and when confronting espresso Italia about it they reassured me that they have had very little problems with them. well since may of 2004 I have had to replace 28 sets of thermal-fuses, had one machine blow up, and two that started leaking from the pivot point on the milk frother. But not from over use as all the appointment set up by them were bogus, not one of them has been able to do any type of volume, infact the machines I still have out are only there because selling a little is better than them sitting in my garage. I currently have six machines torn down to get parts to fix the rest because they stopped taking my calls, infact I cant get any one to return calls from there. My warranty is going to be up in may 2005 but what dose that matter if they wont back them now there sure not going to later. THESE PEOPLE ARE THERE ONLY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN THE SERVICE STOPS AND THEY GO OFF SPENDING OUR MONEY WHILE WE GO BROKE, THEY HAVE TO BE STOPPED!!!
