I ordered an essay from their company. They were suppose to meet a certain deadline, and they say that if they don't meet the deadline, they give a 100% money back guarantee, no qestions asked. I received the essay three days late. It did not meet any of the requirements that I had requested in my essay.

Then I asked for a rewrite, which they did, and was even worse than the first essay. It didn't follow any directions and was not the proper amount of pages that I had paid for.
They are now denying me a refund that I am entitled to since they did not send me the essay on time. Also, when I paid for the essay.
