Essentials, sent us a letter bulk mailed from Omaha with a return address of Houston stating that unless we called an 800 number they would take $109.95 from our checking account or credit card. It was signed by Jennifer Anderson.

This was to renew membership in a buyers club that we supposedly were already a member of.

We were not members of, nor have we ever been, nor have we ever had anything to do with them.

We did call the 800 number but they took $109.95 even though we told them not to.

Our money was returned only after contacting law enforcement and a TV station to report them.

A searce of the BBB gives the names George Vogel and Sue Gardner and shows numerous complaints including the Minnesota Atty. Generals Office.

It is my opinion that these are the lowest form of common criminal scum that crawls the earth.
