Estefan Enterprises Emilio Estefan Veteran Seeks Justice Miami Beach, Florida

I took my case against Estefan Enterprises all the way to the US Supreme Court, and in 2018 four of the justices were on board to hear my case, but five were against it. My long and arduous fight for justice had now come to an end. Throughout the legal process time had not been on my side.

Even though I had filed one month and a week under, the argument against me and my claim were based on being over the statute of limitations. After emailing the president of Estefan Enterprises to congratulate him and pass my sentiments on to Emilio Estefan what transpired were a series of very cordial emails. In each I was told that both he(the company president)and Emilio Estefan only wished the best for my future.

Subsequently, I emailed Mr. Amadeo to inform him of my intentions to have a biography on my life written and that if a book was successful, I might even "pitch" a movie script. Mr. Amadeo was encouraging and said that I should pursue this idea. I proceeded to ask if he, Emilio, and company might be interested in being a part of the process. After all, my history with Estefan Enterprises was a huge part of my life and would therefore be included in the book.

Mr. Amadeo advised me that the company was involved in several projects and could not participate, but through email a call was set up for July 2018. On July 31st at noon I received the promised call, a call that I must admit meant the World to me. Mr. Amadeo could not have been nicer. I was now receiving verbal encouragement from Mr. Amadeo to pursue my dreams, and that both he and Emilio Estefan wished nothing but the best for my future and success.

I felt that Mr. Amadeo was being sincere in everything he was telling me. Once again I asked if he and Emilio might reconsider and work with me on my biography. Again, Mr. Amadeo explained that they were busy with projects from 2018 into 2019, and through 2020. The emails that lead to the call from Mr. Amadep helped to give me closure and I appreciated the time that he took to engage in our most recent and positive communications.

So, with his and Emilio Estefan encouragement as well as, their blessings I intend to put my life story on paper. My late father John, Sr. A war hero and recipient of the Purple Heart knew Presiden Reagan when the president was a radio announcer in Mason City. President Reagan actually ate dinner at my grandmother's house several times. My late mother Dolores was an educator and mentor to the inner city children.

After proudly serving in the Navy I took a job as a bolt connector at the Twin Towers during the day. At night, I was out winning dance competitions in NJ, PA, and NY. That lead me to win the United States Disco Dance Championship, be comped VIP access to Studio 54, and guest appear on both "Dance Fever" and "The Jerry Blavat" show. Later on as VIP Bar manager at a local discoteque I once served Barry Manillow. And in 1999 I "pitched" the three phase entertainment concept I had co-created to Estefan Enterprises in Miami.

I chose that company because I loved and had danced to the music of "Miami Sound Machine" and because during my disco dance days I had stood across from Emilio and Gloria at a Latin club in Union City, NJ. This was before they had become Global superstars. My legal past with Emilio and company is now "water under the bridge".

I believe that through our most recent communication Mr. Amadeo and I came to positive closure. And, regardless of the past court situation I respect Emilio Estefan's accomplishments, and superstar singing talents of his wife Gloria. Hopefully the closure, encouragement, and blessings from Mr. Amadeo and Mr. Estefan will help me bring my life story, "Broken Promises, Shattered Dreams" to fruition.
