There are too many negative points to comment on so I'll have to choose some of the worst ones. I was the injured party that was hit by an Esurance insured client. The Esurance agent said that the repairs took long and they were not going to pay my whole rental car bill. The length of repairs was not up to me and when I asked my own insurance company what to do they said I would need to sue the insured person that hit me and Esurance would need to send their representative to court. The difference excluded from payment was for about 8 days of rental, and approximately $350, and they expected me to eat that cost even though it is their responsibility to restore the injured party. The repairs were in December and interrupted by two holidays and a few weekends and this company would rather have their client sued than to pay that small amount or go after who they thought caused the delay. The Department of Insurance told me file a complaint against them if they would not justify their refusal to pay the full charges. A company rep said they would not pay even though I told them my lawyer said we would have to file a lawsuit against their client and they would be investigated by the DOI. They would also have to send a representative to court which would cost them, the driver and her mother would have to take time off of work, as would I, and cause difficulties for all concerned making their client and the injured party suffer more to collect out of pocket expenses, and they would alienate their insured customer, place undue hardship on her and her family, as well as me, but also create ill feelings and negative word of mouth and still end up paying more than the rental amount they refused to pay to me. They don't respect their customers or accident victims and from the many complaints I read on other sites it is apparent that this company is not about people or service, it is only about numbers and not even wise about that either. They will pay $1000 to save a $1 and lose business and reputation in the process but they see this as a smart choice. One lost customer will lose them more than the amount they refused to pay. Read other complaints and see for yourself. Avoid this company or you will regret it, there are many others that put high value on their customers and provide good service as mine does. Terrianna Weeks was the corner cutting, (Sue my client), agent with the poor judgement. When buying insurance, the service, coverage and the driver's protection are what counts, not the illusion of saving a few $ off premium that will be lost in the poor service. If you pay for cheap service you get cheap service because they will always be looking for ways to cut corners like they did here. Don't be fooled.
