Esurance Will not pay to have my car fixed... Dallas Texas

I live in Austin Texas and recently we had a hail storm. I drive a 2004 Pontiac grand prix that is in great condition because my fianc is mechanic. During the hail storm I got some damage from the ice. Esurance sent there appraisal to come and look at and appraise my car. The guy included stuff that was and wasn't damaged during the hail storm and the estimate ended up being like $7989 in damage. Esurance sent me a letter saying they wanted to total loss my perfectly good car due to this hail damage and they would only pay what the car was worth. I went to the NADA website and according to this website my car is worth between 8000 to 11000 dollars. Esurance wanted to total loss my car for $5816 which is way below my car value citing that the damage to my car is more then the actual cash value. When I talked to Frances whom works for the company she said I didn't have the options to go find places to get the car fix or I shouldn't waste my time. I contacted an attorney to do my own research and begin to drive around and get estimates not to mention I work for an insurance company. I found out that Esurance basically are over estimating the damage so they only have to pay what they have conceived to be the ACV of my car. I called and spoke with Marc Grant who is the branch manager whom told me if I sent him the estimate that I have that he would consider paying the amount to be fixed. When I faxed the estimates Marc decided he felt that if the repair company fixed my car for the amount that was on there estimate in the middle of the repair if they damage something further or needed additional money Esurance didn't want to have to pay this additional money. So he was basically assuming that this perfectly notable repair company would risk their own liability and half a*s fix my car. So Ive been fighting them for more then 45 days. My main reason for wanting it fixed is Its a perfectly good car, I owe $10,000 on the car and if they total it out they would give my lien holder $5816 take my car away then Id owe $6000 to my lien holder and be without a car. Not only that they are way over estimating hail damage so they only have to pay what they want but they took picture of damage that was already there and are trying to include this information in with the claim to make the estimate higher. I offered to pay the other half of the repair up front out of my own pocket if they would pay the difference and they also wouldn't accept this. I also told them my fianc is a mechanic and I would pay for the parts and everything to fix the car if they would later reimburse me and this was declined as well. Throughout this claim I feel like from the very first person I talked to every single last one of these people were rude. I feel like it was worth it to pay additional money and say the heck with the discounts or cheap insurance just to avoid the arab lady ( Frances Bohar) that I spoke with and the rest of the partially ghetto people. Esurance was really unprofessional and just had very bad customer service and I am also turning the company into the Texas attorney general offices.
