Esurance Poor Cliams Handling New Orleans Louisiana

This is a sad insurance company.  They are cheap cheap cheap its been 45 days and they haven't paid my claim. They have the police report. Now they are saying they need a complaint report.  I have paid over a $100 in getting my claim paid and they still haven't paid they are cheater.  They do not provide rental cars if you have a claim they want you to pay first then they might pay you back. Stay away!!!! H. Koch is one the claim reps and it seems like she is broken on not paying the claim.
