Et Solutions LLC Sam Smith, Sam Jones, Andy Watson koopface malware ripoff...fake fix North Potomac Maryland

a web page on my computer claiming to be Microsoft froze my operating system and had a phone number to call

when I called that number ET Solutions LLC placed North Potomac Maryland charged me to fix it. 

they told me i had a "koopface" malware.  they downloaded a free malware software called malwarebytes and fixed the problem and charged me $400 because they said that my iMac firewall would not stay on for more than one month without their installing a network firwall

their spoke with indian or oriental accents but gave me names such as sam smith sam jones andy watson.

i feel that i got ripped off.

do i have any recourse
