Etch Financial Rip off using Readers digest Tacoma Washington

I got a letter today from ETCH Financial of Tacoma Washington It had a check enclosed for $4,625.57. When I called the number in the letter- they told me it was a deposit on $100,000 that I had won. After I deposit the check- I will call them, he said, and they will tell me how much money to write a check for the rest of the taxes- then they will send me $98,000.
As much as I could really use that money- I'm throwing this in the trash thanks you for posting the other complaints it may have saved me alot of heart ache!
