Etech Warehouse ripoff liars dishonest wrong stay away should be sued Took Away The Address - Online Only Internet only now, but I believe based in Florida

I ordered a product after searching for it on Techbargains.com. Etech offered the lowest price of all the other companies after shipping, so I ordered it. On Etech's website, there was no mention of the product not being in stock. After I received another product ordered at the same time, I called Etech wondering where my product was.

I was informed that the product was out of stock, and would be shipped as soon as in stock. I then cancelled my order, and was told the payment took from my American Express card would be returned within 10 business days. That was in July. It is now November, and after repeated e-mails (because the website does not list phone numbers or a physical address anymore), I've been told it will be returned shortly. The last contact was one month ago.

The amount is only $80 and I keep getting put off by this. I am going to be suing the company for way more than $80 now because of this incident. Companies that cannot manage themselves need not be companies anymore.

Do not buy from this company!
