On 26 Aug 2017, I sent 16.8ETH to a wallet I opened with https://www.eth-coin.or.

When I realised that I could not send or transfer them, I tried to contact their support by phone, email and support tickets: no answer.

My wallet with them still shows 16.8.... ETH.

A search on etherscan.io shows a balance of 60c and that the coins were transferred to an exchange only a few minutes after I made the deposit.

Additionally, in order to to create the wallet, eth-coin.org required me to provide proof of identity, which I did, so I am running a high risk of identity theft as well.

I provided Passport, Driver License, Utility bill and selfie holding the DL.
