I ordered a 7 DVD art instruction course from Ethan Semmel, paid for through Jamaweb.Inc for $228.90 in October 2010. To date nothing received and unable to contact said person through any channels.

The first course I ordered was delivered a year or so ago, but of very inferior quality, so much so that one DVD was completely inaudible. How did I get caught again!
