Told me my pictures would be ready in One week. I contacted her questioning when pictures would be ready she said tonight. Never received my pictues that night I called and emailed it was always a story, she got into an arguement with her husband, she  was filling for divorce, she needed more time, this went on for 1 month.

I got upset demanded my pictures or would press charges. She threatened me back saying I was incencere with her situation but she also saidI would have my pictures soon. So, I waited some more. Once again never got the pictures so I called but she never answered or called back. I would email but address was cenceled. She finally emailed stating her husband had stolen her phone. She finally posted my pictures on a website. The pictures were of poor quality and amateur. Spot on face, dark shadows on face and not flattering images in the background. Pictures were supposed to be on the web for 30 days for me to select images i wanted. Pictures were available for only 2 days. I emailed Courtney informing her of this situation. I called the website questioning why pictures were removed, they informed me they had suspended her site. One week later she provided me the same amateur pictures. 

Aftef 2 months of stress, tears I did get my pictures. I also discovred she has multiple accounts, emails, many that have been canceled probably due to the bad feedback. I feel horrible for the previous person who will never get her pictures. Pictures of your baby is irreplaceable and you can never get those moments back.
