Etravel.com They ripped me off for a hundred bucks. Internet
I made a reservation, online, through etravel.com. My friend who was going with me got very sick a few days before we were leaving on trip. I called them and the rude little p***k on the other end of the phone refused to reschedule the reservation for me. He said they were keeping my money and not going to reschedule. I called the hotel I was going to stay at and they said no problem with rescheduling and no fee charge, just to have etravel call them since they made the reservation they had to change it. I called etravel back and told them this and the rude little p***k was even ruder. I couldn't believe they would treat a customer like that If I could have reached through the phone I would of slapped the jerk. No customer service skills at all. One little phone call and they would have kept a customer. They were terrible.
