EU Logistics R. Drienov charging my bank account for something I never signed up for. didn't receive anything for the charge=bank notified 141521 Internet

there is a charge on my bank account that I did not sign up for.  It suddenly appeared-whilw it isn't a large amount, I notified my bank. They won't do anything unless I call this person.  There is  no phone number to call or e-mail address to cancel this. I'm upset that someone would do this - if I found this person on my own - no one knows what would happen.   I told the bank to STOP  paying this -Please help -I don;t want to be charged for this again or see anything from this person or company.   thank you for your time.
