EUGENE BURGER MANAGEMENT CORPORATION ALLEGEDLY MISAPPROPRIATING CONDO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION FUNDS FROM SEVERAL RENO CONDOS:

*ILLEGAL UNLICENSED CONTRACTOR
*ILLEGAL PAYMENTS TO LAKESIDE PLAZA BOARD DIRECTORS
*NO NOTIFICATION OF MEETING TIMES/MEETING TIME CHANGES
*RETALIATION AGAINST THOSE WHO QUESTION FINANCIALS

Condominium homeowners have reason to believe there is embezzlement/misappropriation of monies by Eugene Burger Management Corporation (EBMC) involving several condominium associations in Reno. Any who question or request the financials have received death threats, have been physically battered and assaulted, and/or have received threats of foreclosure and/or legal action.

Financials have been redacted and whited out. EBMC property manager, Kevin Berg even admits no audits have been performed at our condo association. Rather than audit financials, EBMC rather "add" approximately $300,000 to the books to "make them balance." Rather than audit, EBMC rather illegally assess homeowners nearly half a million dollars.

Payments have been made by our condo association to other condo associations. We have also paid on invoices for other condo associations (phony invoices can be a way to embezzle money). We suspect this could be a "shell game" run by EBMC as a means to embezzle monies between several condo associations (see article which explains this embezzlement scheme http://www.ccfj.net/embezz.htm).
