EURO-MED MANAGEMENT SERVICES, LLC (Euro Med Spa) (AnnMarie Ridgle) I paid for 2 packages of treatments, each to include 6 treatments, and now the business is shut down. I have not received all my treatments and they won't give me my money back. The owner AnnMarie Ridgle will not return my calls and the other owner Dawn H. states that she can't do my treatments without charging me a fee, which I already paid for. Now I'm out of $330 for treatment I did not receive! Norfolk Virginia

At this med  spa I paid for services. I bought 2 packages that included 6 treatments each. One package cost $224 and the second package cost $265. I received 3 treatments out of the 1st package and 1 treatment out of the second package. Now the business is "closed" or "relocating." The owner called me at 7pm the night before my appointment for my next treatment and informed me that the business was closed for the week and that she had to reschedule my appointment. I called her back the next morning and she stated to me "I have to check with Dawn, I'll call you right back." She never called me back, a week later I called Ann Ridgle again and her voice mail was full, also the business office voicemail was full. So I then texted her and she told me to call Dawn and gave me her number. When I called Dawn, Dawn stated that Ann did not pay the rent and they got evicted. Dawn said she never got any money from Ann and that she could do my treatments but would have to recharge me. [continued below]....

..... Dawn states she cannot give me my money back because Ann is the one who handled the money.


So they are basically giving me the run around, Ann will not answer the phone or return my calls. Dawn says sorry I have to recharge you. What about the money I already paid for the treatments? So I'm out of about $500. I want a refund. I contacted my credit card company but they say it's been too long since I bought the treatment. The treatments are to be 8 weeks apart, so yes it was a few months ago when I bought the package deal but did not receive everything promised to me.


Do NOT deal with this company at all or AnnMarie Ridgle.

My name is Tawnia Glover, I have been a C.M.T. since 2003, and working in the field in Virginia Beach since 1997. I went to an open house for this spa in Oct. 2013 and began working there in Nov., I immediatly sensed that Ann Ridgel (1 of many names she is AKA) something within her was awry. I personally had to question her, prove all my appointments and pay, and fight her in order to get it, until she let me go via a text message - not to come in for my 1st appt. begining Febuary 2014- saying she could not afford to pay me and she will continue doing the massage appt's. Needless to say my last pay was $4 shy & short of $200. I still have the text messages from her and her acknowledgment thereof to prove it.

I met Dawn my 1st day of work, when it was only she & I there, we had a knowing and a sense that Ann would not last long in this neighborhood - let alone in this business due to her lack of professionalism and ethics. We knew that one day, if it was meant to be, all us other ladies would be blessed enough to take over, and 6 mths later it is coming to pass.

The inner workings of Ann's and Dawn's working relationship was more of another Mother Theresa, Dawn confided in me early on when I was complaining about my $$ problems with Ann, she shared she has never recieved a dime, Oh Yes, many promised...She too was working for the promise of the good, the quality of the neighborhood and the dream, work hard-reward later.

To further put this issue to rest all anyone has to do is to call the landlord, contact the E.B. Sales office, contact Ann's last landlord who just evicted her from her brand new Tidewater Rd., rent a home -put out a sign and steal from more people. 

We try to repay what we can, we try to discount our services to stay competative, however, we have our bills, rent, etc. and when you are already discounting services below poverty level due to the Groupon Craze & down economy of yrs gone by; Dawn has 5 children, widowed, & more honesty, ethics, & integrity beyond most I've ever met, and that's why I am totally behind her and am willing to risk my future for doing what I love and where I want to be working.!

I hope this helps.  P.S. dear ex client, call your credit card customer service # again and open an investigation, and supply them with Ann's information, call the landlord for additional information and her past criminal report, and seek your credit, they will comply.

I am a former employee of Euro Med Spa Boutique and under no circumstances did I know the business ethics of Anne Marie Ridgel at the time I was employed by her.

I would also like everyone to know Anne owned the spa on her own; under no circumstances was DAWN HARWICK EVER PARTNERS WITH HER!!!!  Anne collected all monies from clients and did NOT pay Dawn anything, not even her salery!  She owes Dawn thousands of dollars and has made no attempt of paying her.  I know this to be true because I worked there and am a witness to Dawn's innocence. 


I agree that Euro Med Spa took money from clients and shut down the business but this should be in no way a reflection of Dawn Harwick or any other innocent employee of this spa.  It was a terrible experience for all of us.

My name is Dawn I was a employee of Euro Med Spa Boutique. I was not paid for my services with this Spa.  I left my phone number on the window so clients could reach me and I could let them know what was going on after she was evicted. I had no idea that this was going to happen. I own my laser which I treated you with that day at no charge. I Was a victim of this woman's scam as much as you were. before putting my name out there you should have gotten the facts. Because you have now slandered me and my reputation in this community.  I was NEVER the OWNER. Ann Rdgel was. And I will seek legal recourse against you as well as I am against her.
