After they received their product, they took a payment out of my bank account after I had made my payment in full. Was told at first I would be receiving $299.99 all but the shipping price. My last phone call, I was told I would be receiving $99.70 for my refund. And this is after they received their item back and took out $49.95 out if my bank account when I made payment in full. I was promised my refund would be in my bank account today which is Jan, 21.2014. Well, I still have not received my refund and in my opinion, I would not do bias ness with them inline. You can go to just about any store and make purchase there. The product works great but my husband did not understand as how it works that's all so he made me send it back. My only beef with them is not receiving my refund and then was told I would be receiving two different refunds and they took extra $out of my account after they received their product. on Dec. 13.2013, I ordered the Shark Sonic Duo product made by Shark. It works great but my husband does not understand as to how it works and they send one 8 0z. Bottle of carpet so.union and ome 80z. Bottle is spot treatment. 3bottles of concentrated hard floor cleaner. We had to purchase a 28 0z bottle of concentrated carpet solution which comes with one bottle is 28 0z of pre spot cleaner. How many spots does one house have on their carpets is beyond me. It cost us $25.99 and it didn't even cover our whole house. So my husband made me send the item back. It took up to about a week for them to receive the item. I paid in full. I was promised I would be receiving my refund within 3-5 days. Well, it's been 9 days now. The first time I called their customer service, I was told I should be receiving my refund in the amount of $299.00 due to they do not refund the shipping price. Well I waited and I still did not receive my refund. Then I called customer service back on Monday, Jan,29.2014 and was told that my refund is pending in my bank account. I checkpoints my bank account quite frequently and I never saw anything pending. Plus they ended up taking $49.95 out of my bank account after they received their product when I made payment in full. As of today, Jan.21,2014,still no refund. When I placed my last phonecall last night to customer service wgphich was on Jan. 20,2014, I was told that I will only be receiving $99.70. What a rip off plus I still have not received my refund. I am not saying their products are bad but infact, I think they work great but don't ever place an order with them online. It's been nothing but a huge hassle,a huge headache and a huge rip off. I do not recommend making purchase I line. Toucan buy these Shark produts in many local merchant stores. buyers beware!
