Evan Berger, Michael Hirschkorn and Ronny Oginski personally guaranteed a $50,000 bridge loan for 90 days that I made to their company Infinityonecards.com. The loan was due on December 7, 2012 and they did not make payment of the principal or any interest that was due. I have come to find out that 1 week before the note was signed, Evan Berger, who was represented to me as a very wealthy individual, was evicted from his apartment at Trump Palance in Sunny Isles, Florida. Michael Hirschkorn has a watch collection worth over $100,000 and donates lots of money to the Kabbalah Center but refuses to pay debts. Ronny Oginski is already insolvent and filed bankruptcy a few years ago. They have not tried to work anything out in good faith or anything and have forced me to hire an attorney to go after them all personally.

Evan Berger (aka Evan Harrison Berger), who posted the lies in the above post now has a $100,000 judgment (plus interest and collection costs) against him in favor of Josh Hamby. Evan Berger has other suits against him for similar con/fraud behavior. Evan Berger was also evicted from his home for the second time (Miami Dade County case No.: 13-01009-CC-24). I highly recommend avoiding any dealings with this individual. Evan Harrison Berger is originally from Great Neck, lived in Sunny Isles and Miami for a while and is currently living in New York.
