I think the above letter speaks very clearly as to the personal status of the complainant.

But, as a rebuttal is in order, here are the facts:

1) Complainant is the soon to be ex-sister-in-law of the accused.

2) She has never been a client of Fairy Works Website Design and Management.

3) Her mother has been a client of Fairy Works Website Design and Management, and only ended her contract with the agency when she willingly signed a restraining order against her for threats made to the business and the individual owner. In addition, she agreed with the Judge regarding the threats listed in the restraining order, and willingly signed away any rights as a Grandparent.

4) Kilickitat County, like any other county, is not foolish, and will not accept simple accusations. They require documentation, as does any Judge involved. The Judge, prosecuting attorney and Sherriff's department handling this situation has been particularly careful about speaking with all eye wittnesses, including the police and Dr's associated with this case.

5) A lawyer has been retained by the accused, to represent the business and to handle the divorce. She has not been retained in order to "get the property", however she does represent the accused in the eviction that has resulted as part of a harrassment campaign on behalf of the ex-husband and his family.

6) The soon to be ex-husband is currently in jail. This is the 5th time he has been arrested, the first as a result of his attack on a police officer with a shotgun. He has been arrested once for a restraining order violation, and again for an attack on an employee of Fairy Works Website Design and Management.

7) William Potter is an employee of Fairy Works Website Design and Management. He represents our marketing and accounting, and has suffered numerous attacks by the family of the soon to be ex-husband. William Potter has shown tremendous decourum in handling this obviously emotional and highly personal situation.

8) Clients of Fairy Works Website Design and Management have suffered harrassment at the hands of these individuals as well. They have submitted the evidence of these attacks on their own to the Klickitat County Sheriff's department, and have willingly attached their names to these. They have found them to be just what they are: personal attacks by an angry family.

9) The "property" is not an issue. It was initially a wedding present, then it was agreed to be sold to the above stated individual and business, but said offer has since been revoked. With that in mind, the above individual has agreed to leave.

10) Fairy Works Website Design and Management did not, at any time cancel advertising for the business un-named in this accusation. The business either closed or reached the limit with their credit card, and accounts were closed based on refusal or failure to pay by the advertising agencies themselves.

11) Fairy Works Website Design and Management has been contacted by several agencies on behalf of the un-named business, and has only handed over paperwork when required. The un-named business has been under investigation by Social Security Fraud, Tax Fraud, the AKC, and the suspected ownership of a "puppymill". Still, Fairy Works has not sought legal action on behalf of this business, feeling simply that dissassociated is best at this time.

12) Fairy Works Website Design and Management has already filed reports with AOL regarding the numerous hateful and threatening emails sent out to various clients of said business. AOL requires an official report to be submitted by the local police department before taking action. This was substantiated and provided, and the email accounts associated with the slanderous emails were closed as a result.

13) Fairy Works Website Design and Management has retained legal representation to take further action against the harrassment shown above. The individual is being charged, and will have the opportunity to provide "proof" in court.

14) The soon to be ex-husband has been hospitalized for mental illness, and has been under a Dr's care for the last 5 years. He has taken a myriad of medications, at the advice of several different physicians. He has reported to the courts that in his opinion, once again the jail system is not providing the "cocktail" he requires as per his physicians advice for the treatment of bi-polar syndrome. Whether this is true or not, is not for the accusee to decide. There has been evidence of self medication on behalf of the ex-husband, which has been turned over to the local authorities.

15) The family of the soon to be ex-husband has also requested that Child Protective services inspect the home and business of the above accused individual. They determined that there were no drugs, or signs of drug abuse in the home/office, and that the children are quite healthy and secure. The case has been closed.

16) The Nanny employed by the accused individual has also suffered harrassment at the hands of this family, and has been accused of drug use as well. The Judge and police involved found this accusation as ludicrous as it was, and no investigation was required.

17) The Godmother to the aforementioned children has been contacted in case something should "happen" to the accused individual, and foster parenting was required. This request has also been made to the Klickitat County Judge handling the restraining order associated with the parents of the soon to be ex-husband. Both parties waived their legal rights to the grandchildren, and displayed only a concern that the accused should be punished for seeking a divorce.

18) Domestic Violence services have been retained on behalf of the accused, and an adovocate has been provided. Mental Health services have been sought out for the children involved, as they have unfortunately witnessed the threats on behalf of the Grandparents.

I think the information provided here should be enough for anyone to understand that this accusation is merely another cog in the harrassment wheel. This is a personal attack related to a personal situation, and in no way involves Fairy Works Website Design and Management.

If further verification is required, may we suggest that one contacts the Klickitat County Sheriff's department, the Klickitat County Jail, and/or Julie A. Vance, who is the attorney for the accused. They have agreed to release as much information as is neccesary for clarification of these skewed accusations.
