Events by Premier Catered Events Inc. Falsely Reports Termination, Health Issues Concerns, Gratuity Division Miami Florida

This Company that I worked for 13 years of my marriage terminated my employment because I was married to one of the owners. I claimed unemployment benefits and they filed the paperwork as permanently laid off. They have a long history of submitting falsely reporting termination to a Government agency.

I experienced several Health issues associated with this company in the time I was with them. Cockroaches and rats in the kitchen, moldy food, malfunctioning hand washing stations, and freezer and refrigerator temperature concerns.  There isn’t one employee in the kitchen that has a Food Handlers Certificate. Which is required by law!
