Ever Dry Waterproofing Fantastic Salesman but the work is a ripoff..run from this company Fairfield Ct Ohio

I was sold a bill of goods so buyer beware.  I hired this company to waterproof my basemnt.  Was told I would no longer have water or mold issues. Would no longer need a dehumidifer.

While they did the job they runied my newly black topped driveway.  They removed a pipe on the side of my house, made a mud mess all over my patio, moved all my furniture to my second floor, after i I paid someone to move it to the center of the floor per thier request. And after the job, just left things that way.  I had to call them back to fix those issues.  But the worst part is that after spending 10K, nothing has changed in my basement after thier work, they have told me that I now need to get a de humidfer which was told to me by a worker and the sales guy told me that they are only getting it for me to make me happy but I did not really need it, and the worker said the salesman is completely wrong. They are not on the same page in the company.

They sent a guy to fix some obvious water issues that I am still having and the  guy appeared stoned and reaked like marijuana.  They told me that they do drug testing too after I brought this to thier attention.  I think this guy slipped through the cracks.

The sales guy Bruce and another guy from the company comes by and looks at the project and instead of trying to help find a solution or taking accountability for the poor work and false promises, the guy was a typical annoying sales guy who had an answer for all the things that he promised and did not deliver. Extremely arrogant and said I was the only unhappy customer he has ever had as long as he was in the business. Completely disresectful and actually was yelling at me.

 The bottom line, the sales guy is good at sales.  He even got me to cancel a contract I had with someone else before I met with him. He will make you sit through a sales video presentation but don't be fooled because, even though he shows you the presentation, does not mean they will do what they tell you they will do in the presentation. So read your contact closley. Better yet, have an attorney look over your contract and find out exactly what he is going to do.  Especially if your a woman. He will prey on you and then try to use intimidation and bully you if you question the work. 

 This company is just is looking for your money, they have no integrity and the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with so I would suggest if you have basement water issues, you look elsewhere.

Don't be foold by his video and other reviews like I was as I know others who also are now telling me that they also have heard that others have had bad experinces.
